Safeguarding Supervision

A safe and reflective space for practitioners and managers to develop their practice in safeguarding, public protection and mental capacity — facilitated by experienced, independent practitioners.

Reflective Practice

Kirsty and Becca are both experienced at facilitating reflective safeguarding supervision, having conducted regular supervision for NHS safeguarding champions and a perinatal mental health service. They have both completed training in offering effective clinical supervision.

As a qualified Practice Educator, Kirsty is also experienced at offering reflective supervision to student and apprentice social workers, bringing an additional depth of understanding of the learning and development process.

Who It's For

Our safeguarding supervision is suitable for individual practitioners, managers, safeguarding champions and specialist teams. We provide an independent, external perspective that can complement your existing internal supervision arrangements.

What to Expect

Our supervision sessions provide a confidential, reflective space where practitioners can explore complex cases, examine their own practice, and develop their professional judgement. Sessions are structured but responsive to the needs of the supervisee, covering case discussion, emotional support and professional development.

We bring our combined expertise in safeguarding adults and children, domestic abuse, mental capacity and public protection to every session, offering informed guidance grounded in current legislation, policy and best practice.
